Logging into your account
You will have been provided with a user account when you purchased your ticket or if you were a part of a bulk order when we activated your ticket for you.
Enter the email address you provided when you purchased your ticket, and the password you selected during checkout, or were sent via email. If you do not know your password, click ‘Lost your password’ and an email will be resent to you with the details you need.

If you do not receive your password reset email, please check you spam folder.
If you still cannot find your password reset email, or are unsure which email you used to register, please contact [email protected] for assistance.
Once you have successfully logged into your account you will see a range of options. You will start in the dashboard area, where there are number of tabs to access account related features.
If you wish to change your password go to ‘Account details’ and update it there.
