Welcome to The Master Series – Imagination & Addiction Edition. This page is to guide attendees who have purchased a ticket to this event. Below you will find practical information about your participation, including logging into your Master Series account and accessing your Zoom link (which will also be in your inbox), the detailed daily schedule, and some Frequently Asked Questions.

Log Into My Account
You will have been provided with a user account when you purchased your ticket or if you were a part of a bulk order when we activated your ticket for you.
Enter the email address you provided when you purchased your ticket, and the password you were sent via email. If you do not have this information, click ‘Lost your password’ and an email will be resent to you with the details you need. You must use the same email address that you provided to us; this is also the email that your Zoom registration will be activated with.
If you did not receive or cannot find your email with your login to The Master Series account, you can easily activate it by clicking the ‘Lost your password’ option which will trigger your access email. The lost password screen can also be accessed directly here: https://themasterseries.com/my-account/lost-password/
You do not need to register again – you are already registered as part of your purchase.
Once you have successfully logged into your account you will see a range of options. You will start in the dashboard area but you will be able to see your orders, and this is where you will be able to access the recordings for 30 days after the workshop has ended, as well as the transcripts and audio files.
Click on My Purchased Content which will show you the Imagination Edition 2022, then click ‘View course’. This is the the page where you will find your unique Zoom link, which you will also receive via email.
Your password is auto-generated from the system. If you wish to change your password go to ‘Account details’ and update it there.
The program will be run online through Zoom on US Eastern Time. If you are located outside of the Eastern Time Zone, please use the Time Zone Converter to check your local time. You can also save the event to your calendar from the Zoom invitation, which will save the event to your own time zone in your calendar.

Apply for CE / CPD Credits
You can apply for up to 9 CEU / CPD Credits (Continuing Education Units – ACCME ANCC APA ASWB) for the 3 days in total.
Anyone who is seeking CPD credit for the Master Series can complete the form below. CPD will issue certificates by email within 28 days of the live event:
For all other CE credits, attendees should follow the instructions below:

- Evaluate the meeting.
- Print all pages of your certificate for your records.
Frequently Asked Questions
You will receive an email from us containing a unique link to access the program. This link is unique to you and cannot be shared with other participants. This link should be used for all three days.
A copy of this link can be found in your user area (see above for logging into My Account)
If you have not received your unique link by Friday 7 January, please email [email protected] for assistance. Please check your junk mail folder prior to emailing us just in case.
If you have purchased a ticket after the date above, your zoom link will be sent within 24 hours of your receipt of transaction, or as soon as possible if you purchase on the workshop days.
Links will be sent to the same email account you registered with. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any exceptions to this.
I can’t attend live. Can I still participate in this program?
Yes, absolutely. The entire program will be recorded and made available for later viewing within 48 hours of the live event finishing each day.
How do I submit questions to the presenters?
A Questions Form has been emailed out to all attendees. The Q&A portion of the program will be shaped around the questions submitted by participants. You are also encouraged to submit questions during the program through the same questionnaire.
How do I apply for CE Credits?
See information above on applying for CE / CPD Credits.
You will receive a Certificate of Attendance after the workshop has ended. This will be available in your account.
Can I receive CE’s if I do not attend the program live?
Yes. Home study CE credits will be made available for anyone who did not attend the program live.
How do I access my recorded sessions?
Audio Recordings and transcripts of the sessions will be made available after the conference and can be accessed in perpetuity. The video recording will be available for 30 days in your account. See the login information above of how to log into your account. These recordings will be available in ‘My Purchased Content’.
