These terms of service begin with your use of our services and remain in effect until your use of our service ends or is terminated. All products offered are subject to availability and the delivery of such products may depend on your software, hardware, and internet connection. 

The contents of this website and the associated programming is not medical advice and is strictly for information and educational purposes. The information provided on our website, during live programming, in recordings, or marketing material or in resources provided by us, our partners, or other attendees is not intended to be a substitute for medical care, diagnosis, treatment, or medical guidance from your physician. The Master Series & Mint do not endorse any medications, interventions, supplements and advises you to always seek the guidance of a qualified medical professional who has access to your complete medical history before partaking in any activity or making medical decisions. The Master Series & Mint do not provide referrals or legal advice.

Charges, Cancellations, and Refunds 

 

You authorize The Master Series & Mint to charge your credit card or other payment method provided by you for our services including fees associated with any given program or course, taxes, fees associated with international purchases, services fees, subscriptions, or required regulatory fees. Please be aware of fees associated with conversion to our currency from yours, including fees from your banking or credit card institution. You understand that taxes and regulatory fees may change without notice. You understand that our prices may change at any time at our discretion. 

You understand and agree that enrolling in a course, program or event with The Master Series means your name will be added to our mailing list and you will receive information about future programming. You can unsubscribe at any time from our mailing list using the unsubscribe button in our marketing emails.

Live Event Tickets

Refunds for services are available up to one month prior to the start of a live event for virtual tickets and two months notice is required for a refund of any in-person ticket. A service fee of £25 (+ VAT) and any PayPal or Stripe fees will be applied to all refunds.

To request a cancellation, please email [email protected] with the subject: The Master Series Order Refund Request. Please include details of your order, and your reason for cancelling

Cancellation requests made after this timeframe may not receive a refund.

Recorded Content

Anyone purchasing the instant access recordings may not request a refund unless they can prove they have not downloaded any of the content.

Cancellation

If we need to cancel or postpone for any reason, ticket holders will be offered the oportunity of a full refund, or to move to the new date.

Intellectual Property 

 

Our intellectual property is important to us and vital to the success of our business. You agree not to distribute, duplicate, or destroy our intellectual property without express written consent from The Master Series. This agreement applies to recordings, access to live programming, handouts, and other materials we make available to you as part of your enrollment or attendance in any given The Master Series program. You understand that violation of copyright and intellectual property law is a criminal offense and will be reported to the appropriate authorities. Live Programming

By attending live programming you consent to appear on screen and/or in recordings made from the live programming. You understand that your name, voice, and likeness may appear in any live programming, and you agree that you, your name, and your voice may appear in recordings from the live session, including those used for future sales or marketing. If you do not consent to being recorded, you may leave the webinar or meeting. 

You understand that we cannot guarantee or control whether other attendees record or otherwise capture live programming. While this violates our terms of service and would be subject to legal action, we cannot guarantee that we can prevent such violations from happening or know when such violations will occur. 

Corrections Statement 

 

We’re not perfect, though we do our best to be as accurate as we can with the information available to us. There may be typographical errors, omissions, and inaccuracies on the website and related materials and resources, including pricing, course availability, descriptions, and any other information on the website. We reserve the right to change or make updates to the website at our discretion without any prior notification.  

Modifications and Interruptions

 

We reserve the right to change, delete, or discontinue anything on our website at any time and for any reason at our sole discretion. We may experience hardware or software failure and cannot guarantee that the website will be available at all times or that live programming will occur as planned. We are not liable for downtime, service interruptions, delays, or errors. You agree that we are not responsible and have no obligation for any loss, inconvenience, or damage caused by downtime or discontinuation of our site or services. Your ability to access recorded courses and live programming may depend on your hardware, software, and internet capabilities. Further, the performance of our services may be impacted or altered by your software, hardware, and internet access. These system requirements may change periodically based on our third party requirements without notice. You are responsible for upgrading your software, hardware, and internet services to meet these requirements andThe Master Series is not responsible for any interruptions you may experience due to failure to upgrade and changes in the requirements. 

Account Security

 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and credentials. Use a secure password and do not share your credentials with anyone. Change your password regularly to ensure the security of your account. You are responsible for activity on your account and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. Under no circumstances are we liable for unauthorized activity on your account or any outcomes related to that unauthorized access. 

While we take all reasonable precautions to protect your account, user data, and other assets, you acknowledge that we do not guarantee that our website, accounts, or live services are invulnerable to security breaches and we cannot make a guarantee that our website is protected from viruses or other security vulnerabilities and threats. 

Termination 

 

Termination by You 

 

You can terminate your account at any time. Just send us an email at [email protected] are not obligated to refund you for any services already provided in the event that you opt to terminate your account. 

Termination by Us

 

We can suspend or terminate your account if we believe you have violated any part of our Terms of Service as described in this document. Violating our Terms of Service may get you banned from our live programming and may result in closure of your account at our discretion. Where possible, we will notify you of an account termination or suspension. 

The Master Series & Mint reserves the right to change, suspend, or terminate any services, access to the website and related services, or live programming at any time for any reason and are not liable for how that termination may impact you. 

Service Violations

 

Service violations include but are not limited to what has been described in our terms of service and also includes any kind of abuse of presenters or attendees, hosts, and The Master Series staff or our partners. If you violate our terms during a live program, we reserve the right to remove you from the meeting or webinar. Abuse includes but is not limited to harassment, indecency, obscenity, violation of copyright and intellectual property laws, anything prohibited by civil or criminal law, and any activity that could be construed as a threat to any member of our community on any platform we or our partners use. 

Changing Account Details

 

Once you have successfully logged into your account you will see a range of options. You will start in the dashboard area, where there are  number of tabs to access account related features. 

If you wish to change your password go to ‘Account details’ and update it there.
